How do I activate the dual-motor mode?

The default mode upon startup is single motor mode. Press and hold the “+” button for 3 seconds to switch to dual motor mode.

Why can't my e-bike reach the top speed of 50 MPH?

Please make sure your battery is fully charged, turn on the front motor, and set the PAS level to 5(Different road terrains, rider's weight, battery level and etc. will all affect the actual speed of the e-bike).

Why can't I turn on the e bike after installing it?

There is a red switch button on the battery, you need to turn it on first("I"=ON;"O"=OFF). If you don't use the bike for over 2 weeks, it is recommended to charge the battery to about 80% and turn the switch off.

How to set the adult ebikes cruise control?

1.Set parameter 17P to 01.

2.Accelerate to over 10 MPH via the dashboard, then hold the “-” button for 3 seconds.

3.The cruise control icon will appear, indicating cruise control is now enabled.
